Does Hippocrates Health Center recommend digestive enzymes to everyone? I asked this question to Dr. Brian Clement. He’s been the Director of Hippocrates Health Institute for the past 35 years – it was time to get this clear for myself and my listeners.
Watch the short video to hear his response, and I’ll outline it here and attempt to clarify it further. Also check out the digestive enzymes and other basic supplements
Dr. Howell was the premiere enzymologist that pioneered our understanding in this important field of digestive enzymes and metabolic enzymes.
When people start out healthy – and Dr. Brian contends that most of us weren’t – especially if we were fed ground up cooked, rotting baby food with sugar and not breastfed.
The natural supply of enzymes – both types: digestive enzymes and metabolic enzymes – literally started to be consumed and destructured.
How does this affect you?
When eating raw living food, you get 50% of the digestive enzymes directly from the food (you don’t with cooked food as the cooking process destroys the enzymes).
You still need the other 50% of digestive enzymes to come from your body to adequately process the nutrients, but what happens when it’s not there?
All kinds of digestive problems for starters and the nutrients are not properly absorbed into the system.
He recommends using nutritional supplements of digestive enzymes (and Hippocrates has their own LifeGive brand that my family and I take) for at least 3 years to rebuild the supply in the body.
He mentioned that he has continued to take them past that time for longevity. Enzymes are literally the bio-frequency of the body so it’s a great way to keep your bio-frequency at a very high level.
You want to fight off free radical damage and you do so with the shield of bio-electric energy from the enzymes. The free radicals bounce off.
You are shielded and protected by the digestive enzymes that you’re getting in the nutritional supplements.
Eating raw food will not give you this protection because you are literally using the digestive enzymes that are in the food to digest it.
Listen to Brian and leave me a comment.
