The Hippocrates Institute diet (not all raw food diets) is the highest protein diet on the planet. That’s because the Hippocrates Institute diet emphasizes the most important life forms.
Dr. Brian Clement briefly discusses the core foods and their history in this intriguing video.
If you’re looking for good sources of protein, it’s vital to gain an understanding of the core foods that need to be part of the mix. Not all who eat a vegetarian or even a living food diet are getting all the core parts of the Hippocrates Institute diet.
These are the most essential core foods:
- Blue green algae and its close cousin – green algae also known as chlorella. These single cell life forms were the first and contain much more protein by weight than anything else – over 50%!
- Sea vegetables like kelp and dulce are also very good sources of protein and other nutrients – also a key part of the Hippocrates Institute food. The inorganic sodium chloride is washed off and they are riddled with organic sodium that the body needs.
- The 3rd food that emerged on land are growing sprouts. Wheatgrass contains all the amino acids (a complete protein). All other growing sprouts are great as well: broccoli sprouts, sunflower sprouts, pea green sprouts… All of this is part of the Hippocrates Institute food you get when you do the program.
Beyond the core foods there is one product he recommends to athletes (and he has been involved in training Olympic athletes over the years). It is the Sun Warrior fermented raw rice protein. It turns out that the phytochemicals on the side of raw brown rice are great for preventing cancer.
Other proteins: is whey protein dangerous? Yes!
Soy protein is largely indigestible because it has been so hybridized. It creates too much estrogen in the body. As a matter of fact, 82% of new breast cancer and 87% of prostate cancer are estrogen high.
This is something you can use to improve your life right now:
Add blue green algae and chlorella to your diet.
Add sea vegetables like kelp and dulce – kelp serves as the salt on our salads because salt is very harmful.
And of course, make living growing sprouts an important part of your daily intake, along with a shot of wheatgrass!
