Hippocrates Health Institute – I just came back from attending the 3 week Hippocrates Health Institute program with our first group.
I wonder, what can I share of the myriad experiences? How can I describe a portion of this experience for anyone who may be reading and wondering what it’s like?
First let me say, it’s very possible to research all you can and begin living the Hippocrates health lifestyle at home: you will feel the difference in just a few days.
In this blog alone, you will find 70+ articles aiming to give you the best possible information so you can avoid the pitfalls I fell into when I first started a raw living foods lifestyle.
But one thing I have not found a way to replicate for you and I was very much aware of it as I did the 3 week Hippocrates Health Institute program again with the group – is the opportunity to feel the amazing changes you get in just 3 weeks when you live the lifestyle 100% and add to that a number of state-of-the-art therapies.
I arrived on Sunday, May 3rd as did the lovely people in the group who came from not only all parts of the U.S. , but also Canada and the U.K.
Along with the group I took, we experienced in our own body the results of living this lifestyle, and I don’t know how else I can give that to you, dear reader.
All the wheatgrass, all the green drinks, all the buffets of raw living foods for 21 days add up to a significant curative effect.
Every morning we had wheatgrass and fresh cucumber juice. These alkaline foods are such a great way to start the day rather than acidic foods like coffee.
Later in the morning we had a green drink made with 50% growing sprouts and 50% other organic veggies. So by lunch I was hardly hungry even though I had not eaten anything. Raw and cooked cereals are available, but I preferred to go the morning on just juice. And believe me, I was never hungry.
Then we had a buffet luch of scrumptious organic raw vegetables, highly nutritious plant-based foods. The talented chefs prepare different dishes every meal in addition to the main event of growing sprouts.
In the afternoon we had another 16oz of green drinks from sprouts and veggies. And I took my second shot of wheatgrass before dinner as it gives me so much energy.
For dinner, we had a different buffet meal, not only all-organic, but also properly combined so you eat the right things from the start. Eating raw vegetables never tasted this good.
Every day we were also experiencing the benefits from the therapies we were doing. From massage to colonics to various electro-magnetic therapies and psychotherapy.
All of this in an extremely peaceful environment where we were all away from the daily pressures and meeting interesting people.
You can imagine how the body begins to relax and take the ultra-nutrition it’s receiving and applies it to jump-starting the healing process.
One thing I heard Dr. Brian Clement and his wife Anna Maria say in various lectures really struck me. That is that the body is constantly seeking perfection. Things get stuck when it is overwhelmed with the toxins we are putting in or the stress we are living with.
When we remove these and give it love and support, what happens is so dramatic we tend to call it a miracle.
