The Hippocrates Institute teaches that you need a half hour before 10 am or after 4 pm every day.
But be careful not to overexpose yourself as burning your cells is not

The sun provides the wide spectrum of nutrients that are necessary for our health. Directly or indirectly, the sun provides us with vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, oxygen, chlorophyll, enzymes, hormones, etc.
Directly, sunlight helps to build the immune system.
Add a little sunshine to your life. If it’s too cold, as it is now in some parts of the world, sit by a window. Even here in Florida, where I live, I do that on some days.
This is how the body makes vitamin D – through regular contact with the sun. We need it daily.
