Vitamin B12 Deficiency

by Hippocrates Health Educator

“B-12 Deficiency is something that you need to take very seriously. If you don’t take it seriously, the consequence is memory loss. The consequence is neurological damage. In short, medically what it does is it affects all neuron activity in the human body—brain neurons, body neurons.” Brian Clement, Director of Hippocrates Health Institute.

This fascinating audio is only 13 minutes long, and yet Brian takes you through hundreds of years of changes in human anatomy. He explains why he believes the body no longer makes and cultures B12 within the body like it once did.

He says that B12 shots act almost like an amphetamine to the body, a stimulant if you will. People feel good for a few days, but then need B12 injections again.

These B12 shots are of the chemical form of B12, which is very different from the bacterial form. If you want to correct a vitamin B12 deficiency, you want the right form.

And what about meat eaters? Aren’t they getting more than enough B12? He says no, and for a very intriguing reason…

The only thing to do is to take whole food vitamin B12 which you can order by clicking on this link.

I take it daily to ensure I get the supply of vitamin B12 I need.

Listen to this audio and tell us what you think.

That’s very  interesting, as I had been hearing that even people who eat tons of animal products can still be B12 deficient. Thank you for clearing that up for me Dr Clement.

THANK YOU ! Dr. Clem, ent and HHI for explaining more about B-12 and its natural source as Bacteria in “healthy” soil.

The myriad B-12 products out there are SOOOO confusing and many never explain and/or reveal their sources as being “natural” versus synthetically developed.

QUESTIONS: Is it more beneficial to ingest B-12 SUBLINGUALLY than via CAPSULES because the former method gets into the Bloodstream more directly ? And if one can ingest B-12 bacteria in our gut, why then can't this bacteria culture and continue to grow and multiply in our intestines ?

ALSO… Besides ingesting B-12 Supplements, is it possible to culture and grow this B-12 producting Bacteria OUTside of the intestine and in SOIL or WATER that can be used to grow veggies and sprouts etc ?

SOOO many Questions…. SOOO little time !

THANK YOU! for your time and help.

    GOD BLESS !,

    Nikki K.
