Avoid Dehydration Symptoms: How to Stay Properly Hydrated.

Hippocrates Health Institute, teaches the right way to avoid dehydration symptoms and stay properly hydrated.
She explains that you must drink half an ounce for every pound you weight. Here’s how to figure that out.
If you weigh 150 pounds, you need 75 ounces of high quality liquids every day. This does not mean coffee or sodas or other sugary drinks.
Signs of dehydration can be subtle, don’t wait until you feel thirsty.
In fact, this is one challenging aspect of this strategy.
You also have to eliminate or drastically reduce any and all liquids that are not 100% pure water.
Instead drink water. Pure water. And ONLY pure water.

Here’s what qualifies as proper hydration: water or fresh organic green drinks, and since water is much simpler – we’ll start there.
High-quality distilled or molecularly organized water is best for drinking. Other water is potentially full of bacteria, viruses, parasites, inorganic chemicals, etc.
You need a simple water filtration system that will take out most of the harmful chemicals. We use the Wellness Carafe.
Avoid dehydration symptoms by drinking water throughout the day. Too much at once can damage the cells as well. But don’t wait until you are thirsty to drink – by then you are already dehydrated.
Another HUGE point to keep in mind. DO NOT drink any liquid with your meals. It makes your body work so much harder to digest the food you eat.
So drink up to half an hour before a meal, and no sooner than 90 minutes after it.
AND do not drink right before going to sleep. Drink your last drink at least 2 hours before retiring for the night. This way your sleep will not be interrupted.
That means you need to avoid dehydration symptoms by staying hydrated in between meal times. And this you may find challenging.
