This is good news because sprouted buckwheat is one of my mainstays. I can relate to eating to much fruit. I tried going raw last year and basically I ate mostly fruit. I was mixing fruit with all other kinds of raw foods and the results weren't good so i gave up raw. Now I'm trying to eat mostly raw vegetables and very little fruit. So far so good:)
