Dupuytrens Contracture and Hypoglycemia Blood Sugar

by Hippocrates Health Educator

Dupuytrens contracture (dupuytren s disease) is a condition of the hand where a cordlike substance grows and pulls the fingers down. A lady who came from Japan and attended with our August group submitted the question of what she could do about it.

We asked Dr. Brian Clement, of Hippocrates Health Institute, in our monthly Ask The Expert call. He quickly made a connection with Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and diabetes type 2 as follows:

Now what we found years ago that hypoglycemia blood sugar conditions and diabetes type 2 have a direct relationship to this. Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and diabetes type 2; because a study that was done, an offshoot study that I read showed that literally 78 to 79% of the people that were having this condition of the shrinking of the muscle structure in the hand literally have blood sugar concerns.

So first thing we do is check if you have one, and if you do have one we have to regulate it in some way. The Hippocrates diet is definitely a type 2 diabetes diet: living this lifestyle will help you to regulate your blood sugar.

To top it all off, we have to give massive amounts of magnesium supplements – magnesium oil sprayed directly on the hand as well as in the creases behind the elbows, in the creases behind the knees, in the heart area and also next to the pubic bones, on the right side and the left side. You do that 2 or 3 times a day and maybe 5 times a day or 10 times a day you spray it directly on the contracting muscle area.

These are things that could be very helpful. Ingesting magnesium rich foods such as raw almonds, which are hard to get in the United States unless you do what Hippocrates does – now we have to buy European almonds in America to get them raw because American almonds, beginning the Codex process, have to be cooked in this country now. Raw almonds are a great, great, great magnesium rich foods.

But if you have dupuytrens contracture, I’d further take usable biological forms of magnesium supplements like magnesium oil too.
